H.E.A.R.T. would like to thank out local Bloomfield, New Jersey, Home Depot. Manager Pete and Carlos graciously provide their time not to mention resources like pine boards and cement blocks. Just the type of things you need for a Karate class! The kids had a blast watching the board breaking demonstration, but they had and even better time learning how to break the boards themselves with a hammer fist strike!
